The reason

Give me reason, but don't give me choice
Cause I'll just make the same mistake again- James Blunt

These past couple of weeks have been kind of tough for me, as I was struggling not to fall apart. It was one of those times when you just cry to Heaven
Why?
Why me?
Why Now?

And you actually expect an answer because, after all, everything happens for a reason...well, that's what people say.
But for some reasons, I can't help but wonder: What if some things do not happen for a reason? What if they just happen. Period. And there is no lesson to be learned. No one to blame.

To look for a reason behind any situation or event, means having to go over it again and again, trying to identify clues and evidences. And not only is this exercise painful, it's also pointless because unless the healing process is totally completed  whatever reason you may find won't bring you the satisfaction, peace or closure you need.

So I stopped looking for a reason altogether, distanced myself from the situation and decided to just call by its name: an event, meaning "something that happens at a given place and time."
If it really happened for a reason, then sooner or later, it will make sense by itself.

However, acknowledging pain is important: The natural way we recover is by grieving !
I will probably write more about grieving and this particular "event" when I fully recover myself and can deal with it objectively.

WE all share the same story , all of us, human beings; the story of jaded souls..
and i think c vrai, we search for lessons to lessen the pain. and based on my experience, i think no pain should be lessened. Pain needs and has to be fully expressed..bfore it can die.and RIP lol
